The people that help keep the 03 racing are more than just a pit crew they’re also friends and family and part of the reason racing is so enjoyable.  Starting at the top from left to right is Mark Hartline who in the 2002 season was also the co driver of the 03. Mark’s experience both as a driver and a car builder are one of the biggest keys to success for the team and although Mark will be competing against us in the upcoming season he will still be a big part of how we perform.  Next to Mark is His wife Linda Hartline.  In the next row is Betty Conley also known as Mom.  Along side Betty is her son who is also the driver Shawn Conley.   Next to Shawn is George Lunsford one of the hardest working guys in the pits.  Beside George is Tom Conley, Shawn's Brother.  And finally the front row is David the number one race fan.
